Welcome & General Information

Welcome potential vendor! Please read through the following information carefully along with all information in the Special Event Vendor Application. We invite business vendors, non-profit organizations, craft vendors and food vendors to apply to participate in being part of various new and exciting, as well as signature events, throughout the year within the City of Bullard.  

Being a vendor at a City of Bullard event provides great exposure for your business or organization and a way to connect with your local community. Which attract thousands of participants throughout the year, there are plenty of opportunities to participate.

All vendors’ applications will be reviewed and selected at the discretion of the City Events Director. Vendors will be expected to have read all documents and be required to follow them upon approval. Approval of applications is based on a variety of factors such as: relevance to event, variety, time submitted and completion of the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered. It is the responsibility of each vendor to obtain all proper permits, licenses, and insurance prior to the stated deadline in order to be considered for participation. There will be no refunds for cancellations by vendors or for failure to comply with written information.

Food Vendors

Some special events have space for food trucks and booths to participate, feeding our crowds and keeping your business booming. Please contact us at events@bullardtexas.net to be added to our contact list. You will receive an email each time we have opportunities for food trucks and/or booths and get more information about vendor fees and options as they apply to that event. 

Retail Vendors

Would you like to have a vendor booth at an upcoming City of Bullard event? Depending on the type of event and theme, we might just have a space for you. Please contact us at events@bullardtexas.net to be added to our contact list. You will receive an email each time we have opportunities for food trucks and/or booths and get more information about vendor fees and options as they apply to that event.
