Municipal Court
Our Mission:
To provide a fair, independent, and impartial forum for the adjudication of fine-only criminal cases arising within the city limits of Bullard. To provide those we serve with high quality customer service that is effective, efficient and delivered in a professional environment, while accomplishing the duties incumbent upon it by the laws of the State of Texas.
The Municipal Court has jurisdiction of Class C misdemeanor offenses including but not limited to traffic offenses, penal code, and city ordinance violations. All offenses must have occurred within the city limits (including the extra-territorial jurisdiction limits) of the City of Bullard.
