UPDATE ON WATER RESTRICTIONS | EFFECTIVE THURSDAY, SEPT. 8
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:
The City of Bullard will rescind the Stage 2 Water Conservation Plan effective TOMORROW, Thursday, September 8 and reimplement the Stage 1 Water Conservation Plan until further notice.
Due to drought-like conditions, the city of Bullard will be reimplementing a Stage 1 Water Conservation Plan effective TOMORROW, SEPTEMBER 8, 2022.
As a reminder, the following water restrictions apply:
- Residents having EVEN numbered addresses are permitted to water outside only on SUNDAY, TUESDAY and THURSDAY.
- Residents having ODD numbered addresses are permitted to water outside only on SATURDAY, MONDAY, and WEDNESDAY.
OUTDOOR WATERING USE OF ANY KIND IS PROHIBITED ON FRIDAY.
- Violation of rationing provisions may result in a fine of not less than 100.00 nor more than 500.00 as provided by ordinance.
Again, this ordinance will go into effect Thursday, September 8, 2022, for anyone on Bullard water. If you are not on Bullard water, this does not effect you.
