Mayor's Message 

American fun. Bullard is the American dream city. Every day, our residents are living their dreams. In Bullard, a student can go from kindergarten to Ph.D. without ever leaving East Texas. That’s possible thanks to an excelling public education system, as well as the private school system Brook Hill, and two top rated growing higher education institutions in the state of Texas: Tyler Junior College and the University of Tyler. At the same time that student’s parents can live their dream of owning a home in a city where the housing dollar stretches further than most. And, they can raise a family in a safe, friendly community that is stocked with award-winning parks, and events for them to enjoy throughout the year.

Yes, Bullard is the American Dream City, and it is our goal to dream even bigger. By working together to build consensus, we can tackle the major issues facing our community. Our citizens expect their local government to work hard. They expect government to listen to their concerns and operate in the best interests of the community. They expect us to think big and position Bullard for the brightest future possible.As elected city officials, the citizens of Bullard have honored us with their vote. In return, we will honor them with our dedication and hard work. That’s our promise to you… a promise we will keep.
